Seniors

Our seniors had their first-round game against Moyvane last weekend, the be=
ginning of the match was controlled by St Pats scores coming from Fergal O=
=92Brien, Ben Sharp, and Patrick Dowling. Moyvane took the lead in the last=
fifteen minutes of the game with the
first half finishing St Pats 1-06 Moyvane 1-08.

Second half began with a goal within the first thirty seconds from Moyvane,=
this put the pressure on for St Pats who responded with a goal from Brian =
Murphy who got assistance from Adam Hegarty to finish in the back of the ne=
t. More scores came from St Pats
players, Luke Mulligan, Adrian Greaney and Kieran Hurley. With determinati=
on from both sides each wanted to come away with their first win of this co=
mpetition. The new rules provided the supporters with an opportunity to see=
them in practice in a local capacity.
This half-finished St Pats 2-10 Moyvane 3-11.
