While the Club will put in place the recommended practices to mitigate against the spread of the Coronavirus we have to emphasise  the need for each adult member and parent(s) of juvenile members to be extremely mindful of each individual’s responsibilities in this regard.

Prior to your resumption of Gaelic games activities with St. Pats please ensure that you have completed steps 1 to 3 below.
Parents / Guardians of  Juvenile players ( Under 18) returning to training must complete Steps 1 to 3   in advance of child’s first session.

1. Are you a registered member of St. Pats for 2020?

2. Complete the GAA e-learning module

Module to be completed by Players (over 18), Parents of underage players (Under 18), all coaches and people involved with training/managing teams, Club executive members

Don’t forget to screen save or print certificate of completion

3. Complete the Health Questionnaire.

Each person participating in Gaelic Games must complete the Covid Health Questionnaire  prior to the first occasion that they return to their club .
Parent / Guardian to complete form on behalf of Under-age player (Under 18)

The Health Questionnaire is available on a mobile responsive webpage at

 Persons participating in Gaelic Games must also re-confirm that their Health Status hasn’t changed on each subsequent occasion that they participate (Parents must do this for Juvenile players) so it is worth bookmarking the Health Questionnaire website  on your browser or adding a shortcut  to it on your desktop.
